To prepare the gameplay demo, I learned to:
Develop a Jira, Perforce, Unreal Engine 5 workflow
Import character and animation assets from Mixamo to Unreal Engine 5, including:
Creating my own IK Rig
Retargeting bones for animations
Reformatting Mixamo bones in Blender to use in Unreal Engine 5
Manage character states with Animation Blueprints, Sequences, and behavior trees
Manipulate trigger boxes using animation montage notifies to implement combat
Streets will continue as a project after completing my UCSC Capstone, Grim (in development).
